What to do if you cannot sign-in to NHS login, because you do not have access to your old email address and old phone number
If you no longer have access to the email address and phone number on your NHS login account you will need to contact NHS login: Contact NHS Login
On the NHS login contact form you will need to provide the following details:
- Your full name
- The email address you use for your NHS login account
- From the drop-down list, select 'Patient Pack'
- A description of the problem, including the last 3 digits of your NHS Number and your GP surgery's ODS code.
Please note: If you do not know your NHS Number or GP surgery's ODS code, please contact your GP surgery directly.
Once NHS login have reset your NHS login account, you will be able to register for NHS login with your current email address and current phone number.
