How do I book an appointment?
All video consultation appointments must be made via your health App or you can request an appointment via your practice.
What if I miss my call?
If you miss your call it will be at the doctors discretion as to whether to call you back later in the day. Should they cancel your appointment you will receive a push notification to let you know.
What do I do if my appointment has been cancelled?
If you appointment has been cancelled, for whatever reason, you will need to book another appointment.
What if I am unable to attend my appointment?
In the event that you are unable to attend your appointment we request that you cancel your appointment via the app as soon as possible. If you fail to do so and miss the call then you will have a “Did not attend” note added to your record.
Why do I have to enable push notifications?
This app utilises push notifications to send reminders, notifications and also when the doctor is calling you. If you do not enable push notifications you will not be able to attend your appointment. We do not send anything other than appointment specific information within our push notifications.
What if the doctor is late calling me?
Our doctors work hard to ensure that they are able to call all patients at the time booked. However, due to factors that may be outside of their control they may be slightly delayed. We ask for your patience should situation arise, the doctor will call you as soon as possible.
