Creating a support ticket

Contact your practice directly if you:
    • have a medical issue
    • want to order non-repeat medication
    • have questions about your medical record.

If you have not been able to find the answer you are looking for in our support pages, contact our support team by doing one of the following:

  • Click SUPPORT on the top right of the app, if you are logged in it will automatically fill in your name and email saving you time. 
  • Choose "I have an issue with using the app" when you click here.

To speed up your request, please ensure you attach any errors you can see, and be as detailed as possible.
