Step 3. Select an appointment type.

Please note:

Appointments will depend on what services your GP surgery has available through the Health App. Some GP surgeries may choose to only allow you to book certain appointments through your GP surgery directly, and not through the Health App.

Step 4. Choose the date and time for your appointment, under the clinician's name that you would like to book an appointment with.

You can view appointments by the earliest available appointment date/time or choose a date from the drop-down-box next to 'Jump to a date'.

Step 7. You will also receive an email or text, to confirm the date and time of your booked appointment. You will only receive a reminder for appointments booked through this Health App.

Please Note:

If your GP surgery offers telephone appointments or appointments with another GP surgery, you will need to grant permission to share your medical data with the GP surgery the appointment is available at, during the booking process.
