In March 2020 we enabled new users to register with an NHS login and existing users the option to migrate to an NHS Login.
This article only applies if you have an existing account registered before March 2020 and have not yet migrated to an NHS Login.
If you have forgotten your password:
1a) If you are using the Desktop App, click on Forgotten password
1b) If you are using the Mobile App you will need to click on Need to update your details
2. Fill in your login details
3. Click Send instructions
Instructions will be sent to your email, or via text if you have not supplied an email address.
