In March 2020 we enabled new users to register with an NHS login and existing users the option to migrate to an NHS Login.
This article only applies if you have an existing account registered before March 2020 and have not yet migrated to an NHS Login.
Follow the steps below to change your password:
1. Click Settings
2. Click Change Details
3. Click Change Password
4. Enter the 4 digit authentication code which has been sent to your email, or phone number (if an email was not provided)
5. Click Continue
6. Follow the instructions to create a new password
