Classic Login - Locked account

Note:

In March 2020 we enabled new users to register with an NHS login and existing users the option to migrate to an NHS Login.

This article only applies if you have an existing account registered before March 2020 and have not yet migrated to an NHS Login.

Keeping your medical record safe is important to us, therefore if you enter the 4 digit authentication code incorrectly multiple times, your account will be locked.

If this happens you will need to ask your GP to unlock your account.
