Classic Login - Locked account


We recently enabled new users to register with an NHS login.

Once logged in, existing users who use our Classic Login method have the option to migrate to an NHS login. 

Important: This article only applies if you use the Classic Login Method, and have not yet migrated to an NHS login.


Keeping your medical record safe is important to us.

Therefore, if you enter the authentication code incorrectly multiple times, your account will be locked.

If this happens you will need to ask your GP, to unlock your account.
