Troubleshooting: My repeat medication is not listed

Your medications are read from your GP's Clinical System.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the availability of your medication or how your medication has been added to your Clinical System record, because only your GP can do this.

Your GP manages the Clinical System and your Clinical System record.

If you have any questions about your repeat medication or medication available to you, please contact your GP directly.

If something isn't correct on your repeat medication list, on the Health App, please contact your GP directly.

Only your GP can make the appropriate amendments or additions to your repeat medication, available on the Health App.
