Instead of cancelling your appointment, you have the option to change it by using the following steps:
- Click Appointments
- Click Booked appointments
- Find the appointment in your list
- Click Change
- Choose a different appointment
- Click Confirm
Your previous appointment will be cancelled, and the one selected in step 5 is your new appointment date and time.
You can only change appointments booked via the App.
Any appointments booked over the phone or in the GP will be displayed, as these must be changed by contacting your GP.
