You can only change appointments booked on the Health App. Any appointments booked over the phone or booked through your GP directly will not be displayed in the Health App.
If you would like to change your appointment instead of cancelling or if you need to change your appointment to a more suitable date or time, the following steps will guide you through this process:
Select the "Appointments" tab, near the top of the Health App.
Select "Booked appointments".
Find the appointment in your list that you wish to change, then click "Change".
Choose a different appointment date and/or time.
You can view appointments by the earliest available appointment date/time or choose a date from the drop-down-box next to "Jump to a date".
Click "Confirm booking".
After you have confirmed your appointment, you will see a booked appointment confirmation page.
Your previous appointment will be cancelled and the appointment you have confirmed in step 4 will be your new appointment date and time.
Any appointments booked over the phone or in person at your GP surgery will be not be displayed, and can only be changed by contacting your GP directly.
