Some common reasons for checks been rejected are:
- The photo not being clear and not including all four corners of the ID
- ID being out of date (expired) or invalid. Accepted documents are: passports, UK driving licences (full or provisional), European driving licences (full) and European national identity card
- The numbers not being read out correctly in the video
You can try the process again ensuring that the above points are adhered to.
If you continue to experience issues with this process, we recommend you obtain login details from your GP surgery (account ID, ODS code and Linkage key) which will allow you to register without having to use the photo/video method.
