Troubleshooting: Why do you send me a different authentication code every time I sign in?

Your medical record contains incredibly sensitive information, therefore it is important to verify it is you requesting access.

The App uses multi factor authentication either through the Classic Login or through your NHS login, which adds an extra layer of security to your account.

What you know: Your mobile phone/email address number and password.

What you have: Access to your mobile phone/email account.


Question - Where will my code be sent?

Answer - Your code will be sent to your mobile.

If you have not provided your mobile number, it will be sent to your email address.
