Troubleshooting: Why do you send me a different authentication code every time I sign in?

The Health App uses two-factor authentication (2FA), through your NHS login, which adds an extra layer of security to your account.

This two-factor authentication code, will be sent to your mobile number you have on your NHS login account.

Please note:

If you did not migrate your Classic login method to NHS login, and do not have a mobile number on your Health App record, you will no longer be able to sign-in to the Health App using your Classic login method.

If you are an existing user who previously used our Classic login method, and wish to continue to use your Health App account, please select here for guidance: Classic Login - How to migrate to an NHS login
