Why do you send me a different authentication code every time I sign in?

Your medical record contains incredibly sensitive information, therefore it is important to verify it is you requesting access. The PatientPack app uses multi factor authentication which adds an extra layer of security to your account.

What you know: Your email address/mobile phone number and password.

What you have: Access to your email account/mobile phone number.

Where will my code be sent?

• If you have email address only: Code is sent to email address
• If you have a mobile number only: Code is sent to mobile
• If you have both email and mobile: Code is sent to mobile
