Unfortunately, you cannot use the same contact details for more than one Health App account.
If you have previously used the same contact details, for more than one Health App account and did not migrate your Classic login method to NHS login, you will need separate contact details (email address and phone number) for each account to apply for NHS login.
If you are a new user, you will need to register for our Health App and apply for NHS login or sign-in with an existing NHS login.
