How to: Migrate from Classic login to NHS login

Important: This article only applies if you use the Classic login method, and have not yet migrated to an NHS login.

If you wish to migrate your account from a Classic login, to an NHS login:

1. Sign into the App using your existing Classic login method, by clicking on "Log in with email" and follow the on-screen instructions

2. When you have logged in as a Classic login user, click the "Register using NHS login" button

3. Follow the on-screen prompts (provided by NHS login themselves) to sign-in with an existing NHS login account, or register for a new NHS login account

Information:

We recently enabled new users to register with an NHS login.

Once logged in, existing users who use our Classic Login method have the option to migrate to an NHS login.

We hope that most of our customers will opt to migrate to using the NHS login feature as soon as possible.

NHS login lets you access a variety of digital health and care websites and apps with just one email address and password.

If you haven't migrated to NHS login yet, simply sign in as above as normal, then click on "Register using NHS login" (see above) and follow the on-screen instructions

At the moment this migration option is optional.
