Troubleshooting: Classic Login - Sign in code (Two Factor Authentication)

Important: This article only applies if you use the Classic Login method, and have not yet migrated to an NHS login.

If it appears you haven't received your login authentication code, this is usually because the message has arrived and located in another folder (e.g. spam folder).

Please search your email and phone SMS folders (including spam folders) for a message including the words "Health App secure sign in code".
