Troubleshooting: My repeat medication is showing as 'Last Requested'

The availability dates and list of repeat medication are read from your GP surgery's clinical system.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the availability status or availability dates/schedule of your medication, because only your GP surgery can do this.

Your GP surgery manages the clinical system and your medical record.

If you would like to change availability status or availability dates/schedule of your medication, please contact your GP surgery directly.

When our Health App states 'Last Issued', 'Not Available', or 'Rejected' next to any medication, this is because the medication has either:

a) Reached its maximum authorised repeat issue limit, and requires a review by your GP surgery.

b) Is not yet available to order. Please contact your GP surgery, to check your medication schedule.

Please Note:

Only your GP surgery can access your medical records to provide medication schedule information, or review your repeat medication.

Once your GP surgery has reviewed or amended your medication on their clinical system, your medication will come available on the Health App.
