The most common causes of an NHS002 error:
Your GP surgery has decided to no longer use our Health App and their service for our Health App has been turned off
While applying for your NHS login, our Health App was not able to identify your GP surgery correctly
You may have recently changed your GP surgery
Your account may have been deactivated by your surgery
