Troubleshooting: NHS002 error guide

The most common causes of an NHS002 error:

  • Your GP surgery has decided to no longer use our Health App and their service for our Health App has been turned off  

  • While applying for your NHS login, our Health App was not able to identify your GP surgery correctly  

  • You may have recently changed your GP surgery 

  • Your account may have been deactivated by your surgery 

Please get in touch with our support team, who will help you find out why you are seeing an NHS002 error.
