Classic Login - Troubleshooting guide


In March 2020 we enabled new users to register with an NHS login and existing users the option to migrate to an NHS Login.

This article only applies if you have an existing account registered before March 2020 and have not yet migrated to an NHS Login.



Here are some troubleshooting tips if you are having difficulties signing in:

  1. Ensure there are no spaces after your mobile number/email address in the fields shown below.
  2. Click "show password" to ensure you are inputting the correct password with no typos. 
  3. Get a reminder of your sign in details by clicking "Forgotten login"
  4. Change your password by clicking "Forgotten password"
