Your NHS login details are managed by the NHS login team and unfortunately, our support team will not be able to help you change those details.
Your data is verified by the NHS, nothing is stored on our servers without your explicit consent.
If you have changed your phone number recently, and cannot sign-in to the Health App, with NHS login, or need to change your old phone number to your new phone number, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the NHS login sign-in page, on a web-browser: https://access.login.nhs.uk/enter-email
Step 2: Enter your email address, for your NHS login account, and select the 'Continue' button.
Step 3: If NHS login can find an account for you, you will see, "We have found your NHS login", on the next page.
Select the 'Continue' button.
Step 4: Enter your password, for your NHS login account, and select the 'Continue' button.
Step 5: Select the drop-down box, 'I do not have access to my mobile phone'.
Then select 'change your mobile phone number securely'.
Step 6: Enter your old phone number, for your NHS login account, and select the 'Continue' button.
If you cannot remember your old phone number on your NHS account, select 'email you a security code to verify your account'.
Step 7: Enter your NHS number, and select the 'Continue' button.
Step 8: Enter your new phone number, and select the 'Continue' button.
Step 9: Enter the 6 digit security code sent to your new phone number, and select the 'Continue' button.
Step 10: You should then see a message to say that your phone number has been changed, but it may take up to 24 hours for the change to happen.
